I will work with you no matter where you are in your NDIS journey.  It doesn’t matter if you have support coordination in your NDIS plan or not. It may be your first plan or perhaps, you have experienced significant barriers to implementation in previous plans.

I work with participants with all sorts of needs and can help you with the following supports and services:

• Therapies including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, speech therapy, nursing supports, and behaviour supports etc

• Basic, standardized, and customized equipment including shower commodes, hospital beds, hoists, and powered wheelchairs etc.

• Vehicle and home modification as well as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

• Personal care, community access and Supported Independent Living (SIL)

• Shopping, meal preparation and food delivery services

• Gardening and home maintenance

• Employment related supports and services

I can build your capacity to undertake tasks associated with the management of your supports too and help you develop the skills needed to engage effectively with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) including:

• Setting goals and getting ready for your planning conversation with the NDIA

• Understanding the supports in your plan, developing service agreements, and engaging with services

• Screening and employing support workers from your local networks to give you more choice and control over your providers

• Explaining your options for reviewing decisions made by the NDIA if you are unhappy with your plan
