“Hi, I am the Owner/Operator of Hobart based business, Capacity Assist. Capacity Assist is a small business that thinks “BIG!” I am all about big picture thinking and finding creative solutions that help you achieve the most out of life. My mission is to provide NDIS participants with capacity building supports so they can realize their goals and live their best lives. I show participants how to maximize funding and engage the right services to meet their needs and fulfil their potential.

NDIS funding can be life changing! It really can give you the flexibility and freedom to live the life you choose!

I will collaborate with you no matter where you are in your NDIS journey. It doesn’t matter if you have support coordination in your NDIS plan or not.

I will listen to what is important to you to make your life better. I will maintain regular contact with you throughout the period of service provision so that you get the personalized service you truly deserve.

I have a Bachelor of Social Work Degree with Honors and have been working in the disability and community sector for many years now.  I am also the sole parent of a neurodivergent child and so understand how overwhelming and confusing navigating the NDIS can be because I have been there!

I believe that knowledge is power and participants can be empowered to take control of their NDIS funding to get the supports they need and deserve.
